RBK Architecture partnered with Pantone 300 Trading to breathe new life into a dated six-bedroom House of Multiple Occupation (HMO), transforming it into a modern and highly functional living space. Tasked with both the design and legal approvals, we guided the project from initial concepts through to completion, ensuring a seamless process throughout.

The refurbishment introduced en-suite bathrooms to five of the six bedrooms, offering enhanced privacy and comfort for future occupants. The kitchen was thoughtfully relocated from the first floor to the ground floor, creating a more practical and inviting communal area, while internal layout changes maximised the property’s flow and usability.

Once the Building Warrant was approved by Aberdeen City Council, RBK Architecture provided hands-on support during the construction phase, ensuring every detail was executed to the highest standard. The result is a revitalised property that blends modern convenience with thoughtful design, delivering a space perfectly suited for contemporary living. The Project was fully managed & completed by SJA Property Group.
