We recently completed a transformative side extension project on an existing property, designed to expand the kitchen and add a dedicated home office. The client sought a modern, open-concept kitchen with ample space for family gatherings, natural light, and sleek, minimalist finishes. To meet these needs, we extended the footprint, adding a large glass door that open to the garden, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow and enhancing the room’s spacious feel. Additionally, we included a cozy study tucked away, providing a quiet space ideal for remote work. The extension not only improved functionality but also gave the home a fresh, contemporary look that reflects the client’s lifestyle.
