In this project, we assisted our client in a property investment venture, managing the initial design and Building Warrant warrant work, transforming a dated 2-bedroom bungalow into a modern 3-bedroom home. Our design reimagined the layout by relocating the kitchen into the lounge area to create a spacious, open-plan kitchen-lounge, perfect for contemporary living. The bathroom was expanded to accommodate a luxurious walk-in shower, and the master bedroom was upgraded to include a stylish en-suite and a generous walk-in wardrobe. Beyond the main house, we also converted the existing garage into a fully insulated office space, giving future homeowners a dedicated work-from-home option. The fresh, updated property attracted strong market interest, and our client successfully sold it soon after completion, maximising the return on their investment.
